Sometimes, during your "downtime," it can be fun to create some art and turn it into a poster. If I really like it, and I think other art teachers may appreciate it, I'll upload it to Zazzle. I like their products but before I buy, I look for 50% off sales. It's a nice way to earn a little extra money on the side, if that would appeal to you. "Oh the Places You'll Gogh" is my newest design I'd been thinking about for a while. As I close out the year, I found a little time paint, and add words with Photoshop.
